Since 1903, Donahue Industries, Inc.—originally Carroll Pressed Metal Co.—has been an international manufacturer of components, specializing in parts for the grinding wheel and wire rope industries.
In 1967, the company officially became Donahue Industries Inc. when Jim Donahue (pictured with wife Barbara) became sole owner.
In 1979, Jim’s daughters, Sue and Judy, joined the company and led its transition into the digital age, modernizing operations through computerized systems.

In 2016, Judy retired, passing leadership to Sue's son, Curtis Falzoi. Under Curt's guidance, Donahue Industries (now in its third generation) began expanding its manufacturing capabilities and implementing Lean/Six Sigma practices.
