Awards
We have documented our Quality Manual and installed a functioning Quality Program,
complete with the necessary processes and controls to monitor, record, and insure
the quality and reliability of our manufacturing efforts in a robust, continuous
improvement environment. We have received many Total Quality Awards, "For outstanding
achievement in supplying products and services," a testament to our ISO
compliant Quality Program.
Statement of Quality Policy
Donahue Industries, Inc., with a corporate goal of total quality, will
supply its customers with cost effective products and responsive services. To
accomplish our goal of quality in everything we do, we will:
